If someone were to ask, “Do you know what you are best at?” this very second, would you be able to answer them without stumbling or saying, “I have to think about it?”
Are you using your superpowers?

If someone were to ask, “Do you know what you are best at?” this very second, would you be able to answer them without stumbling or saying, “I have to think about it?”
Knowing your strengths (and areas of challenge), accepting them, and then leveraging them through your role/job is the foundation for highly successful people.
This is an absolute must if you want to make the biggest impact and also be happy and satisfied with your work.
When people are required to adapt too far outside of their natural talents and motivations consistently over a long period of time, they typically:
• Aren’t as successful as they could be
• Hate their jobs
• Are constantly jumping from job to job
• Are tired and grumpy all the time
• Are depressed and disengaged
This is a super common trap and it’s easy to fall into. The good news is that it’s fairly easy to get out of. It requires exploration of your motivations, values, skills and talents, blind spots, limiting beliefs, and your core essence (or soul's purpose).
Your strengths are your superpower and what sets you apart from the crowd. The world deserves to see and experience your unique strengths and talents – are you ready to show them?
