We’ll meet twice per month by Zoom, with targeted work between sessions so you keep building momentum outside our conversations. Depending on your goals, our work may include career direction, leadership development, job search strategy, resume and LinkedIn positioning, interview preparation, salary negotiation, confidence-building, and decision-making support.

Private coaching also includes everything in the Career Upgrade Program, giving you the structure and resources to move faster between sessions. You’ll receive access to the Career Upgrade course portal, weekly group coaching, resume and LinkedIn optimization, and a private Slack community where you can ask questions, stay accountable, and connect with others navigating their own career growth.
